Raid gear

I'll be honest, your situation is a first for me since I dont think anybody ever goes into raiding "accidentally" rolling for loot they cant equip.

1. Aglaia is the current alliance raid tier, so the content is padded out to ensure the activity doesnt just completely die out within a month or so. If you were able to bis gear up your character in just a few days by running current raids repeatedly then that invalidates the longevity of the content. This was the case for Pandaemonium Normal gears where the token items you acquire were only limited weekly, but now that new and better gear is out they lifted that restriction.

2. Greed option is there because people can obtain gear for alt jobs. If the raid gated you to being able to only acquire item pieces your current job can only equip then that makes gearing up other classes a hassle, since not everyone wants to feel forced to run content on a job they might not have the required item level to enter.

3. Blaming the devs for not being able to address every single little issue over others is disingenuous. Now I totally understand some of the more popular problems this game have been a thing people were waiting (and still are) for them to fix for a looooong time, and thats perfectly valid. But Its kinda petty and childish on your part to whine about them not fixing your problem over others.

4. Now you know how current raiding gearing works. You almost always only allowed one item upgrade a week till a new tier drops. The best I would suggest if you're being very genuine over your "greed' mistake is to go to a GM and explain the situation. I'm not sure if they'll be able to help you about maybe retrying this week for an item you need but it doesnt hurt to ask as long as you're not...well...basically as long as you dont type it out in the rabid way like you did here with this thread lol.
