Aye but how do you know it’s honest random given that true random does not exist in any programming. Fact is the more active and aged the account the more likely you will win. Giving to a new untested account would be a horrible waste.

Perhaps a bid auction instead? He/she willing to pay the most wins which also removes currency from circulation
