Atm, the delays to bid and collect are way too long. It went from an extreme where people would have to click for hours and, with all the bots and competition, if they didn’t click a panel with an invisible timer at the exact second a house became available, they wouldn’t get the house. Now, the cycles are super slow. A maximum of 2 days to bid, 2 days to collect would be more appropriate and more dynamic.

The allocation of private and fc wards is ridiculous. We got a big house for the fc and we were the only bidders. The ward is a ghost town. In the meantime, private housing wards are almost completely full with only a few small plots available. The minimum number of bids on a medium was 9 on our server. Most small had 3-4 bids though there were some withy a lot more and a few with less. Private housing will become even scarcer as players who own houses in wards 1-18 in other cities can bid without any risk on another house. If they win, the original plot is freed but it can no longer be available for private housing. It makes no sense. This, combined with the long cycles will affect the market for decos.

Offering penthouses with a small garden space would be great. Atm the apartments and fc rooms are very small (even worse if you cover the original walls with partition) and have annoying limitations.
