The lottery is a decent system, but it simply fails to address the main problem.
theres also the fact that they made the scarcity problem even worse in the same patch they released the lottery.

lets be real for once, most people care a lot more for personal than for fc housing (and those that don't are very often fc leaders/officers). And in a way thats understandable, fc housing realistically means "the leader and his 2-3 best buddies can have all the fun while you get a place to chill" and well, you can still have a place to chill AND all the fun that comes with designing a house with a personal.

Now because the current system favors fc so heavily people feel ripped off, pretty sure everyone expected at least half if not 2/3 (for the simple fact that there are WAY less fc's than there are players) of the houses to be personal, so now they are pissed off that fc's get a ton of houses while there are now going forward even less players houses than before the patch and they connect this feeling at least somewhat with the loterry being implemented while its in fact a whole different issue.
