    Serious lag in game

    The game was too laggy to play since 12 May.

    The latency used to be around 65 - 80ms before last Wed.
    But from the trace log above, the latency become so high(>200ms) with node 219.117.144.57 & 219.117.147.194.

    Also, there is around 15 - 37% of packet loss with these two nodes(these two nodes are registerd and managed by Japan Network Information Center SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD.)
    i'm pretty sure this have no business with my network at home and my local ISP.

    Please check if there is any network issue with these two nodes.

    What Platform? (Steam/Windows/Mac etc.)
    Error messages received:
    Wired or WIFI connection?
    Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?

    When the lag occurs/How often?
    Does this issue only happen to one character or all characters?

    No error message was shown when the game was laggy.

    Wired or WIFI connection?
    Wired connection.

    Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?
    I never run any other programs while I am in the game.

    When the lag occurs/How often?
    Everytime I login to ther server, the game starts lagging.
    And this issue happens at ANYTIME(I have tried playing FFXIV in the daytime and nighttime but the issue still exists)

    **Things were normal before last Wednesday.

    We kindly ask if you could try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Then, disable everything under this tab and restart the PC. Additionally, please be sure to have the Operating System and Internet Explorer most up to date as well to see if this may help resolve the issue.
