    Why are open plots in Lavender Beds not available while Ishgardian open plots are?

    The title says it all.
    Houses in Ishgard are available and taking bids.
    Lavender beds.. plots that are vacant are "unavailable for purchase".

    they are not taking bids, those are old bids. they have "winners" that have not been claimed. housing will be open for bids in the next "cycle"

    Oh.. the ones that say "14 bids" are still from the original bid when 6.1 when live?
