    Unable to Renew Subscription.

    Hello,

    I'm hoping someone has had this issue and knows a solution/workaround for me.

    My subscription has expired and I've been trying to renew it for three days now. Unfortunately, my credit card is coming back with 406 and 401 errors. According to the FAQs and the automated replies I've received from the support bots, I need to:
    - Check with my bank that recurring payments are enabled for my card. They are.
    - Make sure I have enough funds available. I do.
    - The credit card details were entered incorrectly. They were correct.
    - A VPN or proxy service was used. Neither were used.
    - Connect computer via ethernet, not wifi. Tried that and it didn't help.

    I've even tried purchasing a 60 game card digitally, but that came back with an error.

    I had zero issues when initially making the account and making a few purchases on the FF14 online store. I can make purchases online from other stores and services without an issue.

    Has anyone experienced this and know of a solution?
