Octopath Travelers <Eight> is recruiting for our third Static. We are heavily focused on level sync'd Raids and Extreme Trials as we work our way up from ARR content until we eventually reach Endwalker with two of our Statics currently clearing fully sync'd Heavensward raiding content.

And while it's our goal to always challenge and push ourselves in these encounters, we have fun doing so and there's always raid nights that can be adjusted to your experience and comfort level until you can improve to take on more challenging content.

As for ourselves, we aim to experience the game as genuinely as possible. And to accomplish our goal, we make weekly attempts to clear the content as difficult as it was the first day it was released. A terminology that we use and have implemented from the creation of our FC called Legacy. Some of you may come to know this difficulty setting as MINE (Minimum Item Level, No Echo). With that said, each encounter with this setting in mind will feel as wild as it did for the players that first experienced it so many years ago through ARR, HW, SB, and ShB. We want to experience all the raids and trials in this way. And so, we would like to invite more people to our FC so we can take them along for the journey.

On a side note, raiding can be tough and stressful at times, especially if you're new. Yet we want to create an FC that can flourish and create an experience for all adventurers to challenge themselves in a friendly and ever progressing group. To that end, before you can tackle Legacy content, we trial our members via "No Echo" runs.

As the terminology implies, these are Extreme Primal encounters but without the echo buff that boosts everyone's stats after a wipe. In short, this will be a higher difficulty setting than DF but with some leniency in mind. The fight won't get any easier after the first attempt, but it won't be as unforgiving as a Legacy run.
