So you used two characters to increase the odds? Shameful.

Yes, I did use both in hopes of increasing the odds of winning the plot. They're both legitimate, level 90 characters that have been around well before Empyreum was opened and I play both frequently. Both bid on the same plot so as to not potentially take the opportunity from another player by me bidding on multiple plots. My server's relatively low population so there was a real chance that I'd win both if I had. I was the only one to bid on the plot so even if only my main bid, I still would have won it. If other players decided not to place a bid, that's on them, not me.

Because essentialy you still potentialy made a competing bid worth less. 50% or 33% is still quite a big diffirence. Being on a relatively empty data center doesnt change a lot here.

But also, there was a 25% chance of you not getting a plot if you spreaded them out (and both had 1 extra contender). While in this case it would have been 33%. So to me that is fair enough. At least both characters are actively used instead of just existing for extra bidding options.

Personaly i think they should have restricted it to 1 bid per account max. And on that, if you win, any of those characters can decide to claim the plot (for FCs this would need an diffirent algoritm though).
