Yeah, that's the 1st place I checked. I took Greyhawks advice and put in a support ticket so hopefully I can get an accurate answer one way or the other. Thanks though.

Collecting the refund likely removed the plot information from your timers. Unless you thought to take a screenshot when you placed your entry or collected your refund, I can't think of any other way to verify what plot you had selected.
Hopefully the GMs will be able to help you out.

Yeah, this seems to be what happened. There was a similar post up on the ffxiv reddit. Anyone that took the refund and doesn't remember the location is going to have to go plot by plot checking. Just remember 1-18 were fc only and 19-24 are personal so you don't have to check all 24 wards.
Make a day of it go around each ward (FC or private) and just walk around the area and check EVERY board with an empty plot. it may take time but will be worth it when you get your plot. Honestly I've even seen houses on my own server that clearly had a winner that have yet to be claimed

Yeah, and every day you wait more people who won and now can do so will have claimed their plots leaving less of them open to check. Afterall, you dont need to check the lots that other people were able to build on - you know you didnt win any of those. I havent looked on my server(i didnt want to move my personal to ishgard, so ive been avoiding), but i would hazard a guess that the number still waiting to be claimed is already getting frightfully low.
If you win, the results period thing in your timer is selectable and it tells you your lottery ticket. Next time, I'd make sure to note the ward you were in.The problem is that I do not recall exactly which ward I was in when I bid and had already moved on, with refund, before I found out that SE borked the lottery. I have visited a lot of plots that are still unclaimed (that looked familiar to me) with no luck, but was hoping there was something a little more definitive or explanatory.
That data has already been refreshed apparently, so it's not there, as we had already suggested this and there is no data.
