I like to think that's someone else's puppy! Mine is just 9 weeks - there's hope!

I also think the Samurai was - well, the cool class. Ok, at least, I thought so. They were the 'selfish dps,' like the BLM. (*So powerful I don't HAVE to buff you peons!*) And I personally thought Kaiten was the ability that made it look that way - sleek and methodical and actually pretty wonderful. On a dragoon, I'm leaping (generally backwards, off the edge of something...) On the Reaper, I look insane. On the monk, I'm spinning upside down, like an angry potato with a HUGE kick range, and on the Ninja - I mean, I jump on a frog for no logical reason. They're just not *cool.* I like them, but it's not the same. Samurai was the only class I played on her where it actually looks like she was thinking ahead. (I mean, she wasn't, and neither am I, but it LOOKED that way.)

So - maybe that makes weird, insecure people fidgety & trollish? I assume they'd swoop in & whine at BLMs if they had some awful nerf/evisceration, too.

I didn't phrase that well - I should have said "this puppy" instead of "your puppy". I'm sure your puppy will turn out splendidly!

You're spot-on - I don't remember the name, but some other troll was quite clear that he was rejoicing at our despair just because he'd had bad experiences with [completely different] samurai in-game being egotistical.

Pretty sure you jump on a frog because of Naruto lol. Ninja animations over the years seem to be heavily influenced by that show.

Pretty sure a Naruto character does fleeting raiju too, or it's like a common thing? Ninja run as well? It's all so anime.

I love the hand signs, I love the ninja run, I love the flippy jump, I think raiju feels weird being on the GCD as a movement ability, and I hate the frog.

I remember leveling ninja and thinking it was so cool and the moment I got and tried out the frog I was like "...wtf is this?" and was legitimately sad.

I beg to differ but SAM feels alright the way it is, no further logic needed & I applaud for going through with the change.

I do agree the job does need to be inprovise as every other job & this takes time through trial & error.

Please remain steady & thank you devs for going through this.

I like the frog. My main disappointment with it is that it doesn't briefly unlock any superjump. That it has no use case outside of AoE is a close second (though, ofc, I'd then wish Bhava likewise had some crossover).

The non-gapcloser Raiju is very reminiscent of one character's move from taht show yeah.

Coulda been - I definitely recognize that name as a troll, but really don't remember who said it and can't be bothered to go looking for it. e_e I wanna say it was someone with a hrothgar avatar but I'm like...20% confident in that. XD
