"Full" DPS meters (Where you can see other players DPS) would be for elite content only, such as extreme trials, savage/ultimate raids, Baldesion Arsenal, Delubrum Reginae (Savage), Palace of the Dead (Floors 101+), and Heaven-on-High (Floors 31+).
Oh yes, i can't wait to see even more people at 50% hp running everywhere like headless chickens in Potd and Hoh because "muuuuh dps", only to suddendly ending up dead on the next hidden landmine XD
