Players these days dont care about their group. They want to get through the content with no or minimal effort. Tanks dont want to tank. Healers dont want to do damage. DPS dont want to press more than 1 button. As long this mentality wont change, a DPS-meter or something similiar is neccessary.

But it hasnt be a full dps meter. It would be enough to have at least a result screen at the end of a dungeon or raid. For Savage, Ex and Ultimate, between each pull.

Until then, I m going to silently kick everyone who refuse to do their job.

Do you want to actively engage in player griefing? Because those are actually the requirements for setting up the scenario for it in Savage, EX, and even in normal dungeons(only in rare circumstances for dungeons).

A DPS Meter IS NOT necessary. If they fail to meet the requirements of the game, let them fail. People do not get better until they fail and learn. Some refuse to learn, and continue to fail. Even when you give advice they fail. There are people who are like this and probably are horrible at the game, but I'm not about adding a End Results screen showing Damage because it's still a measuring tool - just like The Site That Shall Not Be Named.

And how do people know, that they failed? In a group of 8 players? Who knows if the entire group failed or just a single person?
How can you tell, without a meter, if someone is doing its job?

Clearing content and doing a good job are 2 different things.

If one has a good eye and understands the nature of the mechanics of the fight they are in, then you can usually figure out what caused it in the first place. It takes practice when you've seen Savage and EX enough times. As for "doing a good job", a reminder that Savage Content tends to skew towards All DPS carrying weight along with the Tanks. Healers being tertiary damage. So, if one does not do a good job of DPS, then someone in the group is missing their rotation, or missing uptime.

At the end of the day, it's a cooperative game. Groups that actually help each other to succeed have a higher chance of success than those who look down on them if they aren't doing a "good job". Then help them if you can.
