Adding another take that I've realized not long ago:

1. Pick a job to replay NG+
2. Give that job few glamour plates. I.e. 1 default glamour, 2 battle glamour, 1 rest time/pajama glamour, 1 casual glamour.
3. Replay the NG+ while sticking entirely to this job & swapping between those glamour plates accordingly when able to. Waking up/sleeping cutscene? Put on that pajama glam! About to jump into fray? Get that battle glamour up! Just doing not-so-serious errands for NPCs? Switch to that default or casual, if it's more light-hearted!

I find doing this is surprisingly pretty enjoyable The two hardest part is trying to avoid accidentally start a cutscene with improper glamour and changing to other job while in NG+.

Friends + The desire to clear Ultimate. I've done Extreme and Savage. But I want to become at least semi-decent at passing content higher than those two.
