I like the figure that PLD takes 3.5x less dmg then WAR. I'll have to run some AV/CC on PLD and look at the overall dmg taken on each of the fights, the whole aoe is slower on PLD main tank is garbage with 5blm's in a group you already have WAY more then enough DPS to burn down the groups of mobs in seconds, my only issue is the loss of collusion for flare spots to keep 100% hate on large groups of adds easily.
Regarding 2 WHM, it's mostly for safety precaution, you can't assume everyone is great at their classes and you will be running with the best everyday. Better to be safe sometimes

Then, the loss of collusion sucks but does it really matter anyway? since 4-5 BLM is enough to burn anything down. Flash and Wardrum does just the same purpose to get you initinial hate which the only thing that matters so the BLMs doesn't get interrupted.
