Never getting the final DLCs to XV is a crime. Yes, XV's development cycle was troubled, but the game improved so much after release and there was more plot to come to tie everything together perfectly. I understand people not wanting to enjoy games piecemeal, but given how the game was essentially cobbled together in such a short amount of time, the DLC option we got was the best alternative. Sigh.
