Furry Exposes Wintrading/Cheating in Crystal Conflict

I don't know why this hasn't been shared here yet so I'll use my last post of the day to make this thread to signal boost this.

So a furry youtuber infiltrated numerous pvp discords, and found what verifies what many of us have been saying for a while now.

- People organizing wintrading
- Hacking
- Selling addons, or rather scripts, for real money that give advantages that should not be possible such as being able to instantly target someone who just began their LB

And much more

These people are fully aware of what they are doing and don't care. Many making all manner of mental gymnastics to justify their behavior. None of these people have been banned so far btw. Either Square deals with this problem or this new PvP mode will die in the near future.

Man, same goes for bots/scripts in other parts of the game. SE just has no tools to actively bust people using bots/scripts/hacks. Been reporting gather/craft/markerboard bots for ages and nothing happens. Same goes for pvp I guess. Maybe naming and shaming would help but SE will not allow that lol. Because, you know, the privacy of people who screw up the game for the rest is important to them...

I'm pretty sure I've seen this posted here at least twice?

I can't speak for anyone else, but all my posts have been made in full awareness of its existence. There's a truly mind-bending depth of potential cheating in this game, it's incredibly insecure...

... but just because these things exist doesn't mean you're running into them with any regularity, nor are their existence carte blanche to declare any unusual incident a case of cheating.

Nothing in there that can't already be done by players with keybinds and a moderate amount of skill. Ban them for violating the TOS, but if you want to argue that even a meaningful portion of top 100 players are win-trading or cheating... man, you got your work cut out for you.

A better investment of the time would be to just focus on playing better.
