How about just not making a shitty system worse? Direct your energy at asking SE for more and better housing instead of thinking up more punishment in the name of fairness. That's the one true fair path.

Edit: And to explain this further, hopefully so a few people understand better, the more we call to punish people to make housing more exclusive, the more likely SE is to mistake our calls and do just that, make housing harder to get.

Because that's what they will think we want!

Instead, put all energy into asking for better and more housing. Which gives no mixed messages to Yoshi-P that we like this exclusive, hard to get trophy housing. Make it clear we need more housing to go around - using whatever method they can do it with - but do it avoiding suggestion that make restrictions worse.

Let's move away from "we love housing extreme so much, but now let's make it harder for people so we can do Housing Ultimate!"

So you don't like the lottery system and FC's being 30 days old before a buy and that transfer of leadership also require someone to have been member for 30 days aka... you need 2 months to resell an FC and make yourself more visible?

And also indirectly telling that 'clicking' a placecard untill it opens is better or have bots doing it for you is a good idea.

I don't see the point to down vote current lottery system and new rules especially in how to do the new ways of FC's run, would even suggest to enhance the system that all 4 members before buying a house also need 30 FC days on their back.

Current system is good, more houses later and more wards will open up for personal housing as well, as in how they did previous times.

House flippers do not care about the 30 day requirement- hell, this whole messed up situation just gave them more time to make their pixelated real estate more attractive to a potential buyer.


I am for the lottery, given it works, over the old click system- but honestly, until everyone can acquire a home (instanced housing or endless wards)- the system is never going to "work as intended". Found this yesterday- I cringe to think how hard it may be to get an FC plot on the next lottery round due to flippers.
