Steps:
1. Be dead when the Soul's Measure mechanic in the Nald'thal fight is being resolved (I had actually been disconnected and had died before the connection was dropped)
2. Receive a raise, and accept it just before the mechanic resolves and the cutscene starts
3. The 'weight' icon is now shown above the character's head until you exit the zone
