Deposit refund and House?

While I don't like the way they are handling this it does less damage than some of the alternatives.

I suggest adding a title to their placard/house description such as freeloader until the gil deposit is returned. It's minor and will let everyone know they got something that should have been fully paid for.

I am happy likewise in my own apartment/condo within Ishgard + I can idle away & not risk losing my home, then again I am a minimalist
