I know the XV story gets a lot of flack, but to be honest, I found Noctis and the bond with his friends endearing. Ignis was my favorite, with Gladio being the second.

My main problem with FF15 is that they sold it to you in chunks initially and expected me to watch a movie to fill in the plot holes.

Now that the game has a GOTY edition with all the DLC it helps a lot. Although you still need to watch that movie.

I thought it was good, too and I really enjoyed Noctis and the boys alot. Especially when I got Ignis' DLC. He became my absolute favorite character out of them all!

I had a big issue with that, too. Plus, there are still chunks of XV's story still missing and we never got Lunafreya and Arenaya's DLC stories.

One day, I hope XV gets Remake that gives us the complete full story with little to no DLC and for us to see the story from not just Noctis' perspective, but Lunafreya's as well. Since I thought her character would have been far better if XV got the FFVI treatment and split the main story between her and Noctis instead. That way we would get the absolute full story of FFXV with everything that happened before Lunafreya before and after Noctis and the gang meet up with her.

Only if you get it during the MSQ amd the scions repeatedly interrupt you to talk about the unbeatable taste of Cup Noodle(tm).
