    Devs: Please open Ragnarok transfers to NA too Q_Q <3

    This might seem like a silly request (Some will agree there haha).

    As you all know that recently that 4 servers were closed due to overcrowding issues and we don't know when they'll be open again. During this time the Welcome Back Campaign has been and gone and with it new subscriptions.
    With the new subscriptions, friends have been separarated since they've been unable to join other friends on closed servers, this is kinda bunk D: and without a world transfer service or world pass, people are stuck.

    We could wait til 2.0, but at the moment (though I'm not 100% sure if the deadline has been reached for EU players to transfer to Ragnarok), this seems like a swift help to alleviate this separation problem.

    Why not open the transfer to fit NA players there too? this way it may open up some room on the overcrowded servers and also give people a chance to get back together with friends/spouses they were separated from.

    I'm totally cool either way, I'd love to get to play on the same server as my husband but if I have to wait til 2.0 to do it, that's dandy. I just thought I'd throw this suggestion out there anyhow!

    i dont know why its suddenly EU only (wtf) but our Com rep (german) said a while ago that everyone can transfer to Ragnarok.
    try contacting a GM and apply for transfer, maybe it gets through. I would welcome any new players.

    Oh and Ragnarok is no EU only server, dont know why even Reps go calling it that. Its a normal server with alot of eu player lol no more we still have crappy latency

    I've found SE's customer service very hit & miss, sometimes it's really awesome and I'm pretty wowed by how far the CSR will go to help you.

    But then other times. . . not so much. These 'other times' are not so numerous for me luckily but when they do occur at a time when you really need something other than a cut/paste response to a question then it's really really disheartening ; ;.

    It sucks to get an automated response that doesn't apply to the question you asked. It sounds like maybe you can't get transferred if you have an NA account, but I think it was worth a shot asking. I don't think it's too much to expect a direct answer from a human, either. This is disappointing.
