We need an Inquisition

I want a team of about 100 elezen dressed like Ishgard inquisitors on every server. Their job is to hunt down players suspected of using 3rd party tools. One of the tests can be for the accused to delete their account. If they are innocent, Yoshi P will use his divine power to save their account.

Any ideas on other methods we can use to identify and punish 3rd party heretics?
