I rather have the dev actually take some time to discuss and to actually try to solve the problem rather than promising stuff and didnt actually do anything about it

I would too! I'm still looking forward to it, and maybe, one day, perhaps, we'll see that here with some consistency instead of just getting a semblance of it every time they shit the bed.
