    He's claiming that specifically, critical hit rate was nerfed, not buffed. He's not made mention to me as far as critical hit potency.

    His tests were focused around the 54 range, and I'm looking for parses to counter his (he was saying when I had to leave for work that his crit was was down to about 9% on 54-55 level range.) I'm wanting to see evidence to the contrary, or confirmation that that is the correct rate.
