So you're saying people can still get refunds? I believe that refund period is over and the system locked down. I can't personally test it given the house I bid on didn't get the zero bug.

Yes you can still get refunds, the refund period is not over nor was it ever frozen, all that was frozen was the next lottery date, Refunds are on a 5 to 6 month timer, multiple people on reddit have confirmed that they have now refunded after this news.

edit- Let me just underline this, right now anyone who hasn't refunded on their '0' plot is in a position of walking away from a free house, that is going to be a very very small minority by the 16th.
