    Hello,

In Arcane Circle's tooltip it states that "[a party member] under this effect successfully land a weaponskill or cast a spell, you may gain a stack of Immortal Sacrifice". Upon further testing, this is untrue. Arcane Circle only grants stacks when a damaging blow hits an enemy. For example, casting a healing spell such as Cure II or using any of Dancer's dance steps (Standard Step, Technical Step, Emboite, Entrechat, Jete, Pirouette) will not provide a stack. For Dancer specifically, only "Standard Step Finish" or "Technical Step Finish" will grant a stack as they deal damage, but none of the required set up moves in between.

However, Monk's Brotherhood has the same phrasing as Arcane Circle in its tooltip, and does in fact still count non damaging weaponskills/spells in its procs. Brotherhood states "20% chance you open a chakkra when party members under this effect successfully land a weaponskill or cast a spell". This is true, casting a healing spell or using any of Dancer's non damaging weaponskills/spells does grant the monk Chakra.

Despite the exact same phrasing of job ability descriptions for "landing" a weaponskill or cast a spell", these two abilities do not register the party member's weaponskills/spells the same. Monk will gain procs from any sort of party member's weaponskill/spell, while Reaper can only gain procs if the party member's weaponskill/spell deals damage. For this reason, I believe Reaper's Arcane Circle is bugged to only register damaging weaponskills/spells as valid weaponskills/spells.

These steps can be repeated on any enemy or in any duty with the same results. We tested on a training dummy in Shirogane, Ward 11, Plot 30 (Ultros).
    ■Steps:
    1. Use Arcane Circle as a level 90 Reaper
    2. Have the Dancer in your party use Standard or Technical Step, along with any of their steps (Emboite, Entrechat, Jete, Pirouette). Do not use Standard/Technical Step Finish.
    3. Watch your procs as a Reaper to see if you gain any stacks from your dancer. You will not.
    4. Use Brotherhood as a Monk.
    5. Have the Dancer in your party use Standard or Technical Step, along with any of their steps (Emboite, Entrechat, Jete, Pirouette). Do not use Standard/Technical Step Finish. Make sure the Monk is not using any attacks so that they do not grant themself Chakra.
    6. Watch your Chakra gauge fill. *
    7. Repeat steps 1-6 as any healer of choice rather than a dancer, and use any healing spell. Reaper should not gain stacks and monk should gain Chakra.*
*May require repeated attempts due to the low % chance of granting Chakra.

These steps can be repeated with the dancer and healers using damaging weaponskills/spells instead to compare.

(I do not have full information about my personal connection, but I have tested this issue with numerous people with all different kinds of connection and the issue is consistent.)

Thank you for your time and assistance!
