You don't want trans people to be called the pronouns they identify with. You don't want the game to allow player characters to be trans. You don't want to see any trans characters running around Eorzea. You don't even want players to be able to privately choose their own pronouns for the purposes of NPC dialogue you would never bear witness to. You basically insist that FFXIV officially be a completely trans-free experience, from what I can tell. If that's not transphobic, somebody please tell me what is. For what it's worth, I agree that adding non-binary or other pronouns to the existing script of the game would be a monumental task and probably an unrealistic goal for FFXIV at this point. Letting players choose between he/him or she/her might be possible, perhaps even as simple as flipping a variable to one thing or the other thing. After all, those pronouns are already fully supported in the game. Depends how it's all programmed, I guess. But we have PLENTY of threads on the forums asking for HUGE features that would take even more work than this, and they don't get even 1% of the hate and rage as LGBTQ subjects do. Do you think the "Stop feeding the troll" and "Can't believe this crap thread is still up" guy puts this much effort into every thread he doesn't like? He does it a bit, sure, but there is a vastly disproportionate amount of effort here, more than anywhere else. Don't tell me these forums don't have homophobes or transphobes. I'm not blind.

You can't be Transphobic against Transtrenders. I remember a time when actual trans people would transition to the gender they identified as and then quietly assimilate into society.

Today, "trans people" always have to make a scene about being trans. They announce their "gender identity" and their pronouns to everyone, they demand other people change the way they act and speak to cater to their whims, they demand the Entertainment industry tailor their products to them specifically, (such as this very thread), and then when they get even the smallest amount of pushback, everyone else is the problem.

Today's "trans people" are not trans; they're just narcissistic attention seekers, and it's so blatant that everyone can see it. They're literally demanding the entire world change just for them, and their response to any dissent, is to just label it all bigotry, transphobia, etc, etc. Most of us don't hate trans people; what we hate is the blatant narcissism on display, and the people displaying it, acting as if we're all too stupid to see it for what it really is.
