If you mean putting it on a sections of your plate to let you specify that to other players that doesn't sound too difficult to put in and a pretty good QoL.
Changing the dialog options doesn't seem to be too insurmountable either. Maybe they'll get to this if they're doing a bunch of QoL updates.

We dont hate Minorities. We just want dev time to go to things that improve the game.
Not things that...hey, might be nice in the future, but shouldn't be a focus when there are other things, sometimes even more important things that need to be done.

Stating facts are not hateful just because they hurt your feelings. One could argue that feeding into the delusions is more hateful and far less compassionate. JS.
