Garuda in real life mythology isn't a hot, tall, harpy queen that needs Aether to be summoned. Just because something is referenced does not make what's depicted in the game as the real thing.

When I was a kid, I played "Rygar", saw Cetus, and thought "That's cool!" I ended up making a stick figure character with the ability to control water named "Cetus." Other than name, and water, they were not similar in any way.

Adding a toggle for male pronouns on female characters would be easy but we already have a Mod for that so go crazy with it. As long as you don't stream with the mod enabled Square wont anything against it.

Adding they/them pronouns would require re-recording 10 years worth of dialogue and i hate to remind everyone but apparently people already forgot, Stephen Critchlow is dead so either they would need to replace his VA entirely which would be disrespectful to his legacy or we'd need a impressionist re-record the lines that use pronouns which wouldn't sound right.

Adding neo pronouns would have the same issue on top of just not working in certain languages but people never think that far, ego centric as they are.

Also where do we draw the line? Pedophiles have tried to get into the LGBTQ+ community for well over a year now as MAPs (Minor Attracted Person, its their "Politically correct" term for pedophilia). So what's next? A child option in the character creation for Miqote/Hyur/Rhoe/etc. that can still participate in ceremonies of eternal bonding? There is a reason LGBTQ+ community is often seen as a toxic circlejerk and it's not bigotry but the sheer detachment from reality.

And please stop calling people transphobic for not vibing with Non-binaries. Binary genders aren't excluding trans people and Non-binaries aren't trans. Call things for what they are, Enby-phobic.

The first sentence. Pandering to the LGBTQ+ community is never enough, they always ask for more and are never satisfied. You guys can't draw the line and are clinically afraid of gatekeeping so the moment the brainrot of MAPs starts working that's gonna be the next thing on the agenda of forcing developers into supporting. Assuming of course this won't completely kill the publics perception of the community first.
