If you find the head hunt for third party tools annoying, maybe you should read up on the ToS of most MMO's that is actually PC only and find out that it is also there prohibited activity, for good reasons.

Not really, it has been clearly stated in the ToS what is ok and which is not, so it can't come as a surprise to you end of story.

You clicked accept to the ToS first time you went online with this game, and you have done so later on as well, when they made updates + added more to the ToS as well.

I can't tell if you're serious or not. Streamers have used these plugins since Stormblood and SE did jack unless people got harassed or their precious WF Japanese audience got butthurt. The TOS itself was irrelevant until they acted on it.
