I've said it elsewhere, but the GCBTW meme is real. I've never been part of another community online that lionizes passive-aggression as strongly as this one. According to FFXIV players, everything from straight up yelling to improvement suggestions are "toxic". But if you can couch anything you say in layers of bitchy refusal to make firm statements about anything while implying all of the above, then you're a stand-up member of the Great Community.
