So fresh it'll smack yo momma!!!
It’s time for a nice long break from this community. It’s way too toxic lately. I just want to have fun. Witch-hunts are the opposite of fun. This isn’t even a competitive game. A world first race that was tracked using 3rd party tools. Otherwise, ppl are just trying to have fun and clear content with friends. This is ridiculous

It's sad to see people defending themselves about their use of 3RD Party Programs, Addons, and Mods.
"But it doesn't affect you personally."
"You don't need to use them, if you don't like them."
"The current UI is old."
"These are mostly QoL Addons, anyways."
Don't like the rules in the ToS? No one is forcing you to play, a game with rules you don't agree with. You can all post threads about how you'll be unsubbing unless they allow Addons, ect. if you want.
I'm sure that the community, and SE, will recover from losing people who require Addons, ect. to be good at end-game content.
I hear that there is another large MMO game out there, that encourages the use of Addons, UI Mods, and alike. I bet they would just love having so many pro gamers, come over and showcase their strengths in raiding w/ addons.
They already allow add-ons lol, they always have. They've just told people to be discreet with them more-or-less once you get through corporate speak. And btw the amount of people who use addons are bigger than you think, it's not just raiders, but gposers/housers/rpers as well, so if they really wanted to implement an anti-cheat or something close to that, they're pretty much going to take out a huge population of people who have nothing to do with raiding lol. If you think they're going to start banning people enmasse for addons, you're crazy. It's sad to see people defending themselves about their use of 3RD Party Programs, Addons, and Mods.

Not only this but if they implement anything similar to what 7 day to die had it was flagging mouse software, graphics drivers that were out of date by a month, keyboard software, and other random things that had nothing to do with cheating. There was also a game that was flagging anything below windows 10, so if you tried to play the game it would prevent you until you installed windows 10 due to 'security risks' windows 7 may or may not have. I can't remember which game it was but remember not touching it with a ten foot pole. They already allow add-ons lol, they always have. Edit: I almost forgot one game was also flagging OBS as a cheating software.

They strictly say no addons. They just don't actively go after people.
If you use them in plain sight, you will get banned.
