RMT Trains!

I find it hilarious that we have these RMT trains running around every where.

I'm glad, and can honestly say, that FFXIV has the best crafting system of all the MMOs I've played. I like how RMTs don't, from what I can see, dominate the whole market. At the same time, they do dominate some areas of crafting, but the mostly create money by doing leves. They should be gone, but I wonder the difference in the economy after that happens.

It's the same on my server. 7 zombies in noobgear stand around the crystal at Bloodshore, doing one levequest at a time while an 8th high level player goes and nukes all the mobs. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same group/company.

Why else would they do it? In a economy, the more easy gil is to come by, the higher the prices are, so I suspect there has to be a market for it.

There is just so many botting as well it's ridiculous.

Went to farm some karakul fleece south of Glory. There was a little lalafell hiding in the bushes not even moving. Casted thunder on just one sheep, usually the one closest to her. So I would attack all the ones closest to her first and not kill them. Then I would watch her kill my claimed mobs.

Pretty funny. I just stopped reporting this. SE does nothing about it after I reported about 6 different people. Tried talking to all of them, made funny and peculiar movements, never responded, tried to target and attack me. I mean come on SE, DO something about this before the economy gets more screwed up than it already is!

The GMs tend to send a pre-message about going to the website and reporting it. But like Yoshi said, it is hard to 100% tell, especially on a now client side game. Then again, it is obvious lol.

And about the economy, in FFXI I remember a crash in the economy after the mass RMT banning, but maybe that was a crash trying to bring the economy back to equilibrium.
