When COULD they see it? If you're streaming with it and using tools, like say AN API that uses the bot that directly interacts with the game...like say using the function that used to let people see Marketboard prices across servers. OR say you hooked up the bot to an ACT callout trigger for your group. But SE wouldn't know any of this unless you display this publicly.

that's the beauty, they don't have to tell you it's discord, they just send a GM and say you used third party tools and now you are suspended.
You can claim you never used any third party tools but
1. nobody will believe you
2. you probably did use discord
3. you cannot appeal this decision
4. you cannot demand a review of this action
5. you can only request the data they collected from you if you live in an EU country and submit a GDPR request that takes about a month to complete, and will probably result in useless data

the argument is whether these 5 points are a fair set of rules
