This is the reason no company goes out and say openly "yes, we allow all gaming software". There are jus things (from ps1 era) that are concidering cheating, as the good old "turbo" button on some gamepads for old consoles. But overall having gaming mouse and plugins for it is not effecting the game in any way and as far as it is not connected with the game, it is not Third Party Tool.
