Third party tools are a game design failing in a multi-platform game

So basically majority of JP as their PC market isn't doing too hot.

Pretty sure a lot of high-end JP raiders also play on PC.
just because the market as a whole isn't doing good doesn't mean that there aren't a lot of people on PC in JP, it isn't the most challenging game to run after all.
