Impulse Drive and Chaos thrust both have combo bonus: increased critical hit rating where as Ring of Talons breaks the trend with combo bonus: increased critical hit rate.
They are the same effect are they not? so shouldnt they be worded the same?

There are actually instances of this all over the place. On gear, materia, abilities, etc. Some things say, critical hit "rate" and others say critical hit "rating".
I always assumed they were the same thing, but I think they should all say the same thing for clarity.
Personally, I prefer "Critical Hit Rate" and I think it should always be displayed as a percentage, but that's another matter.
