Banning random streamers for using Act and UI mods is entirely performative and doesn't actually do anything to help combat illicit activity within the game.

But it's kind of SE's thing to take the laziest approach to solving problems lately so I'm genuinely not surprised.

There is a chinese saying that goes kind of like this "shoot down one foe, to warn 100 others", and what kind of Person would be better suited to be the "1 foe", if not a Streamer?

That only works if those foes believe you have the means to take them out aswell. If they believe it to be an empty threat, which realistically it is in this case, then you're just making a fool of yourself.
