Afcter the way he belittle console players and stating how he hates the FFXIV community he can go back to WoW and never show his face ever again. You want to disrespect your chat and followers is like putting yourself to death. Those people are the ones who give you your lively hood to sit around and play games. This is not defense of how he acted or handled the situation, but when did he state that he hates the FFXIV community? He definitely blasted his chat, but I don't recall hearing him say that he hates the XIV community.

He tried unsuccessfully to get rid of the recent unhinged VoD off the internets, as bigger streamers like asmon got to it and did recaps on his poor behavior.

It's a shame that's the only video that circulated. The beginning of the stream was so much juicier when he started mass banning people and disproving his statement where he said he wasn't banning people for disagreeing with him. (He literally shouted "Start banning everyone who disagrees with me.")

He also said he deleted the specific VOD because it showcased him using mods, which was obviously a lie or he'd have deleted the rest of his broadcasts in the process.

Like the one person who actively data-mined and found the "hidden" mechanics in the DSR fight. Then strapped that to a bot to get it to play audio ques when said hidden mechanics come out, actively changing the fight by giving a tell when you shouldn't be getting one.

I assume you meant TEA because this never happened with Dragonsong. Granted, it didn't with TEA either but at least the accusations were present. In both fights, people datamined the debuffs, which offers nothing more than an icon. They didn't make triggers based on any of these datamines because that isn't how triggers work. ACT straight up doesn't even function whenever new battle content releases, including Ultimate. Secondly, they can't make a trigger without know precisely what the game is relaying from the server. This necessitates actually seeing the mechanic themselves and performing it. The sole exception would be simple things like "in/out". Even then, you still need the aforementioned code due to say, Gnashing and Lash being different than Dyanmo and Chariot. At least in terms of how you'd write a trigger for it.

People who have absolutely no idea how these programs work should really stop talking about them. If you want to criticise their existence or what have you, by all means. That's entirely fair game. Just stop making wild assumptions on their functionality.

but im not stupid enough to think going "i hope the person i dislike gets banned for any reason" is caring about tos
brigading and mass reporting isnt going to keep "the bad people" out, its going to give this game a bad name and make other mmo communities think we're crazy

reporting pyro for having shinier buttons to press and having (afaik) anger issues is not the win you think its going to be.

I know its not a super cuddly feeling, but when you alientate players in WoW the way he did you at least have to understand as a streamer that its going to make people not like you. Which I am more than sure he does and I can guaruntee he does not care at all that I hope he gets banned or that I don't like him. And no, it has nothing to do with ToS. To Both of you, and a few others:
I never said I would report him. I said I was fine with the the Witch Hunts, and that I hoped they went after all streamers and named directly a relatively large streamer. Who also comes from WoW.
And just so its clear, I am absolutely enjoying watching these forums burn right now because of literally nothing that affects anyone but streamers. And people who cheat.
(Even though the nothing comes from a 5ch harassment brigade against a streamer that they managed to get banned, after harassing that streamer for months.)
