Also i am taking your "bot that you saw might be a real human" as an insult. It is a bot, i have gatherers at 90, i have saw that bot not only when i gathered different sands before 6.05 but even now when i just go for moonlight one for my needs ... i still see same character with same gear/glam/mount used rotating in same pattern over and over.

And just to add how GMs blatanly doesn't care about botting, like 2-3 months ago there were numerous bots at vendor near limsa bell (iirc it was on Odin and other server). It took like 3 days for these bots to be banned (poor guys had broken script so lazy GMs had to take action).
I'm not defending SE I'm explaining how they function. Something with direct evidence is going to get acted on. Seeing a guy in the same gear going on the same route is not direct evidence, it's circumstantial. From SE's point of view, the possibility exists that he's not a bot.

It's also why we have the "rule" that it's ok to use addons as long as you don't say you're doing it in ingame chat.
