Never saw someone getting kicked by alliance raid and I personally enter all of them blind my first time.

Except that the whole party gets an on-screen notification when they have someone who hasn't cleared the content is in their party and they get extra tomes for it. If you miss that message then that's on you since it shows up in the literal middle of the screen. In an alliance of 24 people, I feel like you either never told anyone you were new, or you did and were instructed of what to do and continued to preform the mechanic incorrectly.
If you stayed silent the entire time, then they most likely thought you were a troll holding the alliance hostage. You need to speak up when you're new. Blind or not. Your right to do things blind is not your right to hold others hostage. It's a team game.
Except it doesn’t display that message or award any bonus when the raid is new.
I haven't actually finished that raid myself, quite frankly I haven't been playing my best lately so I put it on hold so I don't slow groups down. Judging from scale mechanics that can wipe an entire raid and random kicks being thrown around I might just give Endwalker Alliance a miss.
I really don't think the chance of being kicked is that high. At this point, If you can follow a crowd, you should (mostly) be golden. I'm sure death will happen, as it does to most people in their early runs, but that's fairly normal.I haven't actually finished that raid myself, quite frankly I haven't been playing my best lately so I put it on hold so I don't slow groups down. For what it's worth, I've seen several wipes on that last fight, but never seen a kick go off on anyone. YMWV.
It's a fun raid IMO, would recommend giving it a shot! Maybe just toss out you're newer to it, and people should be good. If not, well, jerks sadly exist, but thankfully it seems most people are decent.
Well I got wiped off the face of the earth earlier by someone in that raid who thought stack markers needed to be stacked, so perhaps we should just remove those too.
Just because some people are unbearably stupid, that doesn't mean there's something wrong with the mechanics.

Did you tell them you didn't know? Or did you wipe 100x and said nothing? So, just ran the new 6.1 alliance raid, and was promptly kicked for not knowing mechs on the last boss where you need to stack to avoid wipe(which i learned when we died) as i prefer going in blind than watch a YT video and spoil the bosses before i see them in-game. If a mechanic is like that, than why not take a minute and explain if a mechanic is crucial where you stand.
Or wiped 100x and got nasty? Always 2 sides to a story.
