First, I want to address the fact that I am not attacking personally any employee.

This is my feedback around my recent experiences with the in game support that was very frustrating.

I know the game exploded in popularity, but the support had to follow up this, I do not know if they do not have enough tools provided for this, nor if SE itself added up much people, since this information is not available for public as far as I know, and the lack of communication because of the Terms of Service.

My main issue was a recent problem, I threw away an Item, the butlers attire chest, I received the item in 2016 or around this, in the event that you received a code and get the butlers attire or Maid and the white Chocobo (Original Chocobo), I have them all, so probably my code history or something like that, have them there.

I requested the item restoration service soon as I threw it away a day after, since you cannot retrieve in the Calamity Salvager, my response was I did not provided enough information (even completing all the information they said for me to gave), then I tried again in the very next day, now the response was "1 week or more have passed", I received these probably automated messages over and over, even if one week have not passed yet, well, of course, after really one week have passed, now I kept receiving those messages.

Nowadays has been two months, and I tried again just to see what happens, same message of course.

What frustrate me, is the fact that the support do not "helped in time" and now that I am actually wrong because of the deadline I can't do anything, the company literally "git gudded" me.
