Watching a tutorial about boss/class includes using 3rd party tools.... it's bannable aswell. VPN is a third party tool aswell, if you want low ping you can move to live near data center of your choice.

People abuse third party tools too much, they have to be stopped by moving whole pc playerbase to ps4 where real ff14 gaming is.
