Please stop using Discord during raids

I'm tired of how much blatant cheating is happening on PF right now.

Every time I join a savage raid, people link me to a link on discord, an third party program that can be used for cheating for allowing additional forms of communication that isn't intended as part of the core game. I only want to play the game as the developers intended, I do not want to cheat with this software, nor do I want to get a ban for using it.

I don't think its fair that some players are making the game easier for themselves using this piece of 3rd party software to make the high end content of this game easier to coordinate in. Its not fair to players who do not have this piece of software, and its not fair to players who do not have microphones.

Please Square Enix, ban the use of this malicious piece of third party software and keep the game fair for everyone.

While we're on it -- we should ban reshaders as well. The game looks good enough as it is, and we should all be looking at the same colors, depth, and what-have-you that the designers have made for us. Using reshade is a spit on the designer's faces for their effort and essentially saying "what you made isn't good enough".

Whenever we play FFXIV we should enter a special "quarantine" chamber IRL, so that we have no access to any person around us who could potentially end up helping us. Our computer will only be able to run FFXIV - not even Mog Station or Lodestone. Any and all marker macros must be manually written by a party member, and callouts will be sounds made by chat macros indicating a certain mechanic or direction.

If people are going to Amber Heard about the updated ToS, why not make a thread with all the plugins that provide the QoL changes that the base game lacks and provide that so the devs have the best idea as to what is missing from the game.

Is this thread trying to equivalate 3rd Party Programs like Cactbot (an addon that gives you a gameplay advantage over other players) and Discord (the modern equivalent of a Conference Call)?
