Overhead Chat Bubbles for Players [Suggestion/Improvement]

As per the title, this is a suggestion to get Chat Bubbles added overhead of Players when chatting. This idea would be similar to some of various NPCs throughout the world, which utilize overhead Chat Bubbles for static phrases.

Below is a list of the potential benefits of adding this setting and how players that'd prefer not to use this setting could manage it being added to the game.

    - Easily identify who is speaking/chatting in-game at a glance
    - Lessen visual strain, by not having to pick out specific lines of text out of what can sometimes be a giant wall of text within the chat window (populated areas ex. Limsa Lominsa)
    - Prevent missed interactions amongst players. Many times, as a player, your focus will be on or around your character, which leads to missing messages that are addressed to you within the chat window. Majority of the time, the chat window will be out of your gaze while doing generic things in the game. Chat Bubbles would be visible within your natural gaze without drawing your attention away from whatever you're doing at the time of the interaction occurring
    - Make the option togglable. Of course, there will be players who'll prefer not to interact this way and for those players, having the option to disable this setting would make sense
    - Lessen the probability that players will look to use Third-Party launchers and/or mods for the game to get this feature added

    Additional (Optional Suggestions)
    - When your name is mentioned in a Chat Bubble, it could be boldened and/or differently colored, so you can easily differentiate when you're being engaged by another player in chat, First Name, Last Name or both.
    - Leave the current behavior as default
