What situations did you guys get where you clearly noticed "that guy is kinda playing a bit suspiciously" sorta scenario?

I've used scatter shot and enemies don't get knocked back, been hexed on LB, been chain cc godly fast right after purify. I've also seen people with perma sprint, the UI shows if sprint is on and even during combat their sprint never goes off.

I'd say my weirdest suspicious interaction is when white mage lb'd and it was nowhere in my direction and for some reason it hit me while i was not even close to the combat nor in range of the white mage lb
