Why do we have quest sync ?

Why are the points of levels if we have quest sync?
The whole point I have out leveled the zone/areas/expansion is to have a feeling that my character is powerful. When everything is synced i do not see the point of leveling since everything is sync to my character power.
I do not see the power of my character since everything is synced.
Currently, i overleveled the msq, around 11 levels or so, but since everything is synced I basically do not feel the power of my character if I am questing.

So that you won't just murder absolutely everything and have no fun because everything dies immediately? This isn't even a question.

I don't want to "see the power of my character", I want to have fun playing the video game. If I really want to feel powerful I can solo bosses using the undersized party option, or go to The Black Shroud and toss spears at random bugs.

And if you're doing MSQ, it especially wouldn't make sense for you to have an "overleveled" character. It'd break the story.

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Is there some sort of appeal to being higher level then you are supposed to be for that part of the story? Do you also dislike dungeon sync?

Honestly Kupo, have not yet to come across a quest sync that was terribly difficult. Normally a few mechanics but nothing crazy kupo <3 Gear helps as well!

Gear is actually the best thing you can do to make it that much easier. A world of difference in lv 50 garbage and lv 50 token gear. <3 kupo

Quest sync lets you do quests with a lover level role and still get xp. If you are doing side quests that are 85 level and your character role is 82 they'll sync down the enemy so you can fight them reasonably well.

The issue isn’t with syncing down its with the pointlessness of levels and buffs like road to 90 that gorge you with EXP which has zero benefit because of syncing.
