I made a new character recently in Oceania server, and when I reached level 30 I was rewarded with a million gil. What's up with that, and do you get the same amount of money for every new character that reaches level 30?

Only on preferred worlds! Don't spend it all at once![]()
On new or preferred worlds you get it once per DC
So, let's say I create another character in the same world as the character that I recently got 1 million gil. It means that I won't get 1 million gil in my new character because I already got a million already in the other character, right?
I'm hoping this convinces more Aussies to transfer to be with their own people on Oceania servers.
Correct, you'd only get it on characters you made on a New or Preferred server, on a datacenter where you did not get the gil bonus before, on Oceania there is currently one.

I don't know about that, the bonuses for transferring aren't that good.
Yeah you get reconpensated for the house, but good luck getting any, lmao.
Yes, you won't get it on any of the Oceania servers at this point.

It says so right in the picture you quoted above.
"Limited to once per data server on a single service account."
So, 1,000,000 one time, for one entire data center, for any one account.
This seems like it would be insanely exploitable by the RMT farmers...and actually probably explains why there so many bots grinding to level 30 then vanishing on Materia.
Once per account limitations don't matter when they're constantly burning through them anyways.
I was wondering where that came from!
The tryhard elitist is the person who is going to finish their 5 pieces on this created to be beaten """"challenge"""" and then complaint that the baby, slower or less dexterous person are a problem which not only is toxic but indirectly implies that doing this basic created to be beaten task faster is an """achievement""" of """great skill""" which helps to falsely boost the elitist's self worth as that is their true motive, if challenge was truly their desire they would relish in the chance to do more than the rest.
The healthy person on the other hand will either let people finish their part or assist them for their self worth does not depend on solving basic puzzles created to be beaten, aka as a video game.
