Camera movement with LMB or RMB cutting out at random

While holding LMB or RMB to turn the camera around it randomly decides to stop moving the camera but the game is still running fine and i am able to use skills and movement.

I made a short video showing the issue, inside the video I held LMB and kept moving the mouse slightly to generate the shaky camera rotation to make it obvious that the camera just stops moving, from the moment I started shaking the camera left to right I held LMB without releasing it till the end of the video clip

Attempt solution fixes -> Reinstall FFXIV; adjustments in the cfg file regarding mouse controls; Reinstall mouse drivers; Test of multiple diffrent mouses; graphic driver reinstall
Edit: Attepmt solutions also included PC restarts at multiple occasions

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Please provide the following information:

    - Are you using a wired or wireless mouse/keyboard? Make/Model?
    - Windows OS Version
    - Does any specific error message/code occur when the issue happens?
    - Does the issue only happen with one specific character or during anything specific in game such as a character or when an affect happens? Please clarify.
    - Do you have a controller hooked up to the computer? If so, have you tried disconnecting it along with any other possible peripherals for testing?

We look forward to your reply back.

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums!

Open up MS Paint or your favorite similar program. Start drawing a line (hold down mouse button and drag.) Does the line ever stop drawing?

Visit this page: https://openprocessing.org/sketch/186320/ Click in the box 100 times. Does the box register 100 clicks?

Do you have another mouse you can try?

The symptoms you describe are those of a dying microswitch that won't hold a click. My expertise on this comes from the dozens of mice I have thrown in a closet somewhere, collected over the years, that have bad or failing switches. And, in my experience, well-known and trusted brands don't really last any longer than an Amazon basics mouse. I've got several of each in that pile I mentioned.

The problem is even more confusing because dying microswitches often fail intermittently. It might not lose a click for a half hour, then lose ten in a row.

The easiest way to eliminate the hardware as an issue is to try a different mouse. Even a cheap-o five dollar mouse would demonstrate whether or not the issue lies with your current hardware.

    Good luck.

Edit: I notice now you said, "multiple different mice"; you might want to try those mice on MS paint and the click-counter as well. Or if you have only been trying wired mice, try a different USB port, or try a wireless mouse if possible.

Thanks Breakbeat for your suggestions and i am proud to say all my mice are working and no issue regarding the microswitches has been found.
To clarify the issue for me only appears in FFXIV and in different time intervals but never longer then 90 seconds apart.
